Mission
What you will drive
As Commercial Deal Executive for Kaluza, you will be responsible for helping build the foundational processes and playbooks that make our Deal Desk world-class and leading key operational and commercial contracting elements of an enterprise SaaS agreement.
Your key responsibilities can be broadly split across two key areas:
- Foundational & Operational Excellence: Operationalising our Deal Desk to ensure we can scale efficiently and effectively, including managing commercial content, developing contracting strategy, creating strategic documentation, supporting RfPs and committees, and developing deal tooling and contracting playbooks.
- Deal Execution: Taking an active role in closing business by initially supporting Deal Leads on complex enterprise transactions, transitioning into owning commercial negotiations for specific deal workstreams, coordinating cross-functionally, and providing continuous feedback to improve templates and processes.

Ideally you'll have/be:
- Experience in commercial role focused on SaaS solutions in energy industry
- Experience in software deal work from pricing to contracting
- Understanding of energy industry and role of retailers and utilities
- Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with high initiative
- Team player, open communicator and collaborator
- Start-up mentality and ability to self-organise
- Understanding of commercial SaaS terms, metrics, and basic legal concepts
- Customer-centric focus
- Data-driven decision making ability
- Ability to think both tactically and strategically
