What you will drive
Responsibilities / What You'll Do
- Manage and support a caseload of ScholarMatch students to promote college persistence and graduation through expertise and mentorship
- Establish and build relationships with assigned college students through monthly group sessions and one-on-one meetings
- Implement college persistence curriculum through facilitating group sessions and coordinating with near peer mentors
- Advise students on academic strategies, financial aid, money management, campus engagement, and career exploration

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a counseling/social work-related field
- Professional experience or expertise around issues facing first-generation, low-income college students
- Advanced proficiency in Office Suite, GSuite, and database management
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
