Collections Specialist

• Contact customers via phone, fax, email, or letter to bring accounts to current status.
• Reconcile and apply customer payments, monitor delinquent accounts, and process payments.
• Research billing concerns, negotiate payment arrangements, and document actions taken.

This role helps ensure timely payment collection, supporting Republic Services' ability to provide essential waste and recycling services that contribute to environmental sustainability.

• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years of collections or relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of collections transactions and processes.

Pay range: $18.90 to $26.02 per hour (annualized: $39,312 to $54,121.60).
