Co-Director

Core responsibilities:

• Partner with founder Dr. Inga Grossmann on strategy, partnerships, and fundraising
• Help scale the mental health organization to expand its AI-integrated peer support program to the Philippines
• Work on achieving therapy-level outcomes at a fraction of the cost for participants worldwide

This role creates positive change by scaling an organization that provides affordable, effective mental health support worldwide, expanding access to therapy-level outcomes through innovative AI-integrated peer support programs.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in strategy development and implementation
• Partnership building and fundraising expertise
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel to the Philippines
• Interest in mental health and AI-integrated solutions

Compensation is competitive and based on the Philippines as a location and scope. The role is remote with occasional travel to the Philippines.
