Cloud Solutions Architect

• Define cloud reference architectures, design principles, and guardrails for AWS and Azure.
• Provide oversight and governance to ensure solutions adhere to security, resilience, cost, and operational requirements.
• Lead architectural direction for high-impact cloud initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Embed cloud security best practices and ensure resilience through multi-AZ/region patterns.

This role enables ERM to build and operate secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud platforms that support environmental sustainability initiatives, reducing the environmental footprint of IT operations and enabling data-driven climate solutions.

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering complex enterprise-grade solutions on cloud platforms.
• Deep hands-on architectural exposure across AWS and Azure, including multi-account/subscription architectures.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation) and automated platform provisioning.
• Strong grasp of resilience patterns, multi-region architectures, disaster recovery, and zero-trust security principles.
