Cloud Engineer

Core responsibilities for this Cloud Engineer role:

• Design and implement cloud security architecture, including Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Monitor for security risks, vulnerabilities, and controls in the cloud environment
• Analyze, log, and respond to incidents, conduct threat simulations and penetration tests
• Manage cryptography and encryption for cloud-based data and ensure policies protect business data

Required skills and qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of cloud computing technologies and platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and C#, and experience with infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Understanding of application architecture, orchestration, virtualization, and security protocols
• Certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, or CCA are preferred
