Climber Success Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Climbers, providing individualized guidance, encouragement, and proactive outreach throughout program participation.
• Design and execute tailored intervention strategies for Climbers who are at risk or falling behind to meet program benchmarks.
• Facilitate applied learning experiences that help Climbers practice durable people skills essential for career success.

This role directly supports economic mobility for overlooked working adults by providing the guidance and accountability needed to complete the program and land higher-paying jobs, leading to significant wage gains.

• Experience in student success, case management, coaching, teaching, or a related participant-facing support role.
• Demonstrated ability to design or implement performance improvement plans or interventions for participants.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse learners.
• Highly detail-oriented approach to documentation and data tracking.

Salary range: $58,000-$65,000. Benefits include three-week accrued vacation, virtual work environment, 89% employer-funded comprehensive medical/dental/vision, 401(K) with 4% employer match, and remote work with regular team retreats.
