ClimateTech - Senior DevOps (all genders)

• Own the full lifecycle of self-managed Kubernetes clusters, designing, building, and operating high-available, self-hosted Kubernetes clusters
• Ensure platform reliability even during hardware failures, power issues, or problematic kernel updates
• Establish best practices and workflows in operations, development, and security for the team

This role helps companies reduce emissions faster by developing and maintaining the infrastructure for a SaaS B2B platform that supports companies on their sustainability journey, playing a decisive role in the fight against the climate crisis.

• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles with at least 3+ years running Kubernetes in production (not only managed cloud)
• Comfortable with GitOps, Helm/Kustomize, and at least one of Flux/Argo CD
• Solid Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and configuration management (Ansible or similar)
• Strong security fundamentals: least-privilege RBAC, image provenance, secrets management, admission policies
