What you will drive
- Own the full lifecycle of self-managed Kubernetes clusters, designing, building, and operating high-available, self-hosted Kubernetes clusters
- Ensure platform reliability even during hardware failures, power issues, or problematic kernel updates
- Establish best practices and workflows in operations, development, and security for the team

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles with at least 3+ years running Kubernetes in production (not only managed cloud)
- Comfortable with GitOps, Helm/Kustomize, and at least one of Flux/Argo CD
- Solid Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and configuration management (Ansible or similar)
- Strong security fundamentals: least-privilege RBAC, image provenance, secrets management, admission policies
