What you will drive

  • Own the full lifecycle of self-managed Kubernetes clusters, designing, building, and operating high-available, self-hosted Kubernetes clusters
  • Ensure platform reliability even during hardware failures, power issues, or problematic kernel updates
  • Establish best practices and workflows in operations, development, and security for the team

This role helps companies reduce emissions faster by developing and maintaining the infrastructure for a SaaS B2B platform focused on sustainability, playing a decisive role in the fight against the climate crisis.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Platform roles with at least 3+ years running Kubernetes in production (not only managed cloud)
  • Comfortable with GitOps, Helm/Kustomize, and at least one of Flux/Argo CD; solid IaC with Terraform and configuration management (Ansible or similar)
  • Strong security fundamentals: least-privilege RBAC, image provenance, secrets management, admission policies; hands-on with monitoring/alerting stacks (Prometheus/Grafana/Alertmanager)
  • Ability to script/automate in Bash and one of Ruby/Go/Python; fluent in English with excellent communication skills; living in EU (CET ±2) with valid work permit
