🌱 Climate VC & Deal Share Fellowship (Volunteer)

Core responsibilities:

• Scout relevant pre-seed to Series A+ climate-tech startups
• Manage and publish the monthly investor deal share newsletter on Substack
• Lead and host Startup Tank online pitch sessions, engaging with investors and coordinating event logistics
• Curate high-quality deal highlights for investors and build relationships across the climate VC ecosystem

This role helps accelerate climate solutions globally by spotlighting climate innovators and strengthening the investor ecosystem, directly contributing to the organization's mission of connecting founders, investors, and experts.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in venture capital, climate tech, startup sourcing, investing, or community building
• Examples of past newsletters, content, events, or scouting (if applicable)
• Motivation to learn, build, and contribute to 4WARD.earth's mission
• Ability to work flexibly and collaborate globally
