What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, and in-person events to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Generate 10-15 new qualified business opportunities per month and maintain accurate activity records in CRM
- Identify and coordinate attendance at industry events/conferences with strong business development potential
- Stay current with market and regulatory developments in climate change, carbon markets, and corporate sustainability

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or similar role
- Working understanding of climate change and carbon markets or corporate sustainability
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, or support research and outreach
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs to manage pipelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong organizational abilities
