Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead PESP's work on corporate accountability and environmental justice, including planning and implementation of strategies focused on private asset manager investment practices in energy
  • Lead multiple staff focused on research and corporate accountability campaigns, providing training and growth opportunities
  • Lead implementation of research projects, managing staff contributions to research and analysis, and production of public-facing materials
  • Build strong relationships with partner organizations and engage with institutional investors around sustainable investment policies

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • At least ten years of strategic research and/or campaigning experience including environmental justice campaigns
  • Experience leading staff and driving projects, with campaign strategy development and implementation expertise
  • Strong communication and writing skills for diverse stakeholders including investors, policymakers, media, unions, and community organizations
  • Experience with data management platforms (Airtable/SQL), data analysis tools (R or Python), and data visualization tools
