What you will drive
- Lead strategic vision and execution of shareholder advocacy campaigns on climate and environmental justice.
- Conduct and supervise research on corporate social responsibility activities.
- Manage internal and external communications, including public relations and digital media.
- Support proxy voting service and manage affiliate/client accounts.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Master's degree or equivalent required.
- 3-5 years of experience in human rights, community organizing, shareholder advocacy, environmental issues, corporate sustainability, or public policy.
- Experience and knowledge of climate finance, environmental justice, Just Transition, Indigenous Peoplesโ rights, and racial equity preferred.
- Strong presentation, written, research, and analytical skills.
