Climate + Dignity Program Director

• Lead strategic vision and execution of shareholder advocacy campaigns on climate and environmental justice.
• Conduct and supervise research on corporate social responsibility activities.
• Manage internal and external communications, including public relations and digital media.
• Support proxy voting service and manage affiliate/client accounts.

This role drives corporate accountability on climate and environmental justice, leveraging shareholder advocacy to advance human rights and racial equity, contributing to a more equitable economy.

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in human rights, community organizing, shareholder advocacy, environmental issues, corporate sustainability, or public policy.
• Experience and knowledge of climate finance, environmental justice, Just Transition, Indigenous Peoples’ rights, and racial equity preferred.
• Strong presentation, written, research, and analytical skills.

Salary range: $65k-$70k. Benefits include health and dental insurance, 403(b) plan, vacation, and flex-time.
