What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service and support to clients and customers
- Strategically partner with installers to improve customer experience and act as primary point of contact for escalated client issues
- Effectively manage a pipeline of projects to completion and conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
- Analyze data to spot trends and conduct collaborative investigations into possible fraudulent activities
