What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service and help resolve questions or concerns
- Strategically partner with installers to improve customer experience and be a reliable collaborative partner
- Effectively manage a pipeline of projects to completion and conduct monthly partner due diligence checks
- Analyze data to spot trends and conduct collaborative investigations into possible fraudulent activities
