Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong client advocates and become a trusted advisor to clients
- Direct and impactful engagement with Rystad Energy's largest clients globally to drive adoption and upsell/cross-sell of solutions
- Design and execute Engagement plans for onboarding, adoption and retention, and take proactive measures to maximize retention and expansion
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to resolve client needs and provide client feedback to Product Managers and Solution teams

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) with 5 years of experience in relevant Energy sectors
- Proven experience in customer success, account management and/or business analysis within the Energy sector
- Expertise and network from the Energy industry with strong commercial mindset and understanding of Energy supply/demand notions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, fluent in French and English, with CRM and Power BI experience as advantage
