Client Solutions Manager (Sales and Business Development)

Core responsibilities:

• Market integrated delivery projects directly to prospects and clients in mitigation, water quality, and resilience
• Serve as the face of RES to clients, agencies, and industry partners, helping identify and close opportunities for ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience solutions
• Work closely with land, regulatory, design, and project teams to pursue and win business opportunities in assigned market
• Identify qualified leads, manage external relationships, and lead proposal development and deal structuring

This role creates positive change by delivering real environmental results through deals that matter, helping restore ecosystems and protect natural resources, and positioning RES as a trusted advisor and industry leader in ecological restoration, water quality, and resilience solutions.

Required skills and qualifications:

• BS/BA in Environmental Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in a related industry, dealing with complex solutions with multi-year sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
• Experience assessing and managing project timelines, identifying risks, and aligning teams to meet deliverables
• Experience interpreting financial models and communicating financial health of deals
• Experience with contracts and key provisions; legal awareness in deal structuring
