Client Services Director

Core responsibilities:

• Responsible for all accounts in the cluster and business development
• Responsible for strategic planning, setting long-term goals, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
• Ensure all accounts deliver expected revenue targets and profitability, overseeing overall revenue of minimum ~7m+
• Supervise Research team to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality standards
