Client Relations and Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a Client Relations and Onboarding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. The Client Relations and Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, including coordinating meetings, creating onboarding plans, and ensuring a smooth transition to our platform. Additionally, this role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This role drives client success and operational excellence in the solar industry, contributing to the transformation of the energy landscape with innovative solar solutions that deliver sustainable electricity to commercial, industrial, municipal, and utility customers.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client relations, account management, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and other productivity tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

The expected annual compensation range is $55,000 - $65,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity.
