Mission
What you will drive
- Be the first point of contact for multiple high-profile solar energy clients, building long-term relationships
- Master and utilize platforms like Salesforce (Drive O&M) and AlsoEnergy for client onboarding and ongoing support
- Collect and aggregate essential information and documents while onboarding new solar sites, following precise methods and SOPs
- Maintain ESS folder structure and workflow functions, ensuring integrity of system data across platforms

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a publicly facing professional position with direct client interaction (solar experience preferred)
- Proficiency or knowledge of Salesforce strongly preferred, with ability to learn new software programs
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The expected annual compensation range is $55,000 - $65,000, encompassing base pay and potential incentive target opportunity.
