Client Onboarding Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Partner with client-facing teams to collect required legal documents and information to meet regulatory and internal policies
• Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process including preparing and submitting Client Due Diligence files (KYC)
• Act as the clients' point of contact for onboarding queries and provide resolutions in line with internal policies and regulations
• Ensure proper onboarding-related maintenance of existing clients including periodic documentation refreshes and updates

This role contributes to responsible market infrastructure by ensuring clients meet regulatory standards for anti-money laundering and know-your-client requirements, supporting access to global financial and commodities markets.

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years' experience in financial services, operations, or compliance fields
• Strong knowledge of Excel and all Microsoft Office suites
• Client Onboarding and/or documentation analysis experience preferred
• Wide knowledge of financial products including SEF
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate complex infrastructure involving numerous groups and individuals
