Client Experience Support Associate

Core responsibilities:

• Provide fast, high-quality technical support for Scale to Win products, troubleshooting client challenges and explaining features
• Manage client response channels (Slack, Hubspot) to ensure timely responses, ideally within 30 minutes for high-stakes clients
• Utilize email ticketing software to answer client questions with empathy, accuracy, and sound reasoning
• Lead engaging training sessions for new clients via Zoom and support existing clients as needed

This role supports Democratic and progressive campaigns and organizations in winning elections and driving political change by ensuring they receive high-quality technical support for critical communication tools.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strong commitment to progressive values and desire to support Democratic and progressive campaigns
• Experience working in political campaigns, nonprofit organizations, telephony platforms, or customer/technical support roles
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort navigating SaaS tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to respond under pressure

Compensation and benefits:

• $70,000 yearly salary (base, non-negotiable)
• 401k matching up to 6% after provisional period
