Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities for this role include:
- Lead and manage all civil work at substation and transmission line sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and construction schedules
- Create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage systems, access roads, cable trenches and foundations for substation and transmission lines
- Review, interpret and create civil design drawings, technical documents, report discrepancies and provide practical solutions
- Manage site surveys to assist with determination of transmission line routes and substation layouts

Required qualifications and skills:
- Experience leading discipline work for projects and performing responsible engineering
- Ability to support project managers on project schedules, budgets, and deliverables in all aspects of site civil work
- Technical expertise in site civil services including grading, drainage, stormwater management, SWPP, fencing, SESC, site plans and geotechnical design
- Ability to review and approve civil construction methodologies, work plans and method statements submitted by contractors
