Civil Site Lead, Power Delivery 

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil work at substation and transmission line sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and construction schedules
• Create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage systems, access roads, cable trenches and foundations for substation and transmission lines
• Review, interpret and create civil design drawings, technical documents, report discrepancies and provide practical solutions
• Manage site surveys to assist with determination of transmission line routes and substation layouts

This role supports the development of modern energy infrastructure including transmission and substation projects, contributing to improved and more reliable power delivery systems.

Required qualifications include:

• Experience leading discipline work for projects and performing responsible engineering
• Ability to support project managers on schedules, budgets, and deliverables in all aspects of site civil work
• Technical expertise in civil engineering for power delivery systems
• Ability to provide technical leadership to site civil engineers, inspectors, assign tasks, review work and mentor team members
