Civil Site Lead, Power Delivery 

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead and manage all civil work at substation and transmission line sites, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications and construction schedules
• Create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage systems, access roads, cable trenches and foundations for substation and transmission lines
• Review, interpret and create civil design drawings, technical documents, report discrepancies and provide practical solutions
• Manage site surveys including geotechnical and ground/LIDAR to assist with determination of transmission line routes and substation layouts

This role supports the development of modern energy infrastructure including transmission and substation projects, contributing to improved and modernized generation energy infrastructure that meets client needs.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Experience leading civil work for transmission and substation projects
• Ability to create and supervise earthwork, grading, drainage systems, and foundations
• Proficiency in reviewing and creating civil design drawings and technical documents
• Experience managing site surveys and geotechnical assessments
• Ability to provide technical leadership to site civil engineers and mentor team members
