Civil Engineer, Development Engineering (2+ years experience)

Core responsibilities:

• Support project development from concept to completion, identifying and mitigating design, budget, and schedule risks with a focus on civil engineering
• Own and manage site constraint maps, layouts, and designs, coordinating with external consultants and EPCs
• Optimize civil site layouts for efficient land use, considering factors like equipment selection, topography, environmental constraints, and permitting requirements
• Manage and coordinate site technical diligence activities, including hydrology and geotechnical studies

This role contributes to designing infrastructure that powers a sustainable future by advancing complex clean energy projects from early feasibility through construction, helping accelerate power deployment for renewable energy.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in design, project management, or construction of renewable energy projects
• Solid understanding of civil design principles, technical diligence processes, and EPC construction standards for renewable energy projects
• Working knowledge of wind and/or solar, including system design, optimization, and cost drivers
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

Compensation and benefits:

• Total compensation: $118,750 to $156,000 (base salary + bonus in USD)
