Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support project development from concept to completion, identifying and mitigating design, budget, and schedule risks with a focus on civil engineering
- Own and manage site constraint maps, layouts, and designs, coordinating with external consultants and EPCs
- Optimize civil site layouts for efficient land use, considering factors like equipment selection, topography, environmental constraints, and permitting requirements
- Manage and coordinate site technical diligence activities, including hydrology and geotechnical studies

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in design, project management, or construction of renewable energy projects
- Solid understanding of civil design principles, technical diligence processes, and EPC construction standards for renewable energy projects
- Working knowledge of wind and/or solar, including system design, optimization, and cost drivers
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration

- Total compensation: $118,750 to $156,000 (base salary + bonus in USD)
