Mission
What you will drive
As a Civil Engineer on Intersect Power's Development Engineering team, you will:
- Advance complex clean energy projects from early feasibility through Issued for Construction (IFC) design
- Own early-stage civil due diligence, develop constraint maps, optimize site layouts, and guide civil design elements
- Work closely with partners across Development, Engineering, Real Estate, GIS, Permitting, Construction, Finance, and Operations
- Support project development from concept to completion, identifying and mitigating design, budget, and schedule risks

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years experience in design, project management, or construction of renewable energy projects
- Solid understanding of civil design principles, technical diligence processes, and EPC construction standards
- Working knowledge of wind and/or solar, including system design, optimization, and cost drivers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong project management abilities
