What you will drive

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret political developments in France, Spain, and Italy related to climate, democracy, and anti-democratic dynamics
  • Build and maintain relationships with political advisors, officials, business associations, trade unions, religious representatives, and civic society actors
  • Design, implement, and drive national political strategies tailored to each country
  • Collaborate with campaign and research teams to ensure political intelligence is reflected in content, messaging, and tactics

Profile

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in political advisory, campaigns, party politics, public affairs, or government relations
  • Deep familiarity with the political landscapes of France, Spain and Italy
  • Experience working with or alongside trade unions, religious or faith-based networks, and cultural or civic institutions
  • Fluent in English and at least one additional relevant language (French, Spanish, Italian)
  • Existing networks within national parties, political institutions, or the broader civic ecosystem
