Mission
What you will drive
- Support multiple sites to drive cultural lean development and empowerment at a macro level, while supporting transformations and events to eliminate waste from the organization.
- Lead CI implementation, standardization, and consistency across multiple sites (CI implementation, training and projects, CI processes, methods and tools to eliminate waste and promote flow).
- Deliver Training and Coaching to teams and colleagues.
- Work with sites business leads to support their priorities and align CI projects to their needs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (Master's Degree Preferred).
- Lean Certification or Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred).
- An excellent professional record with 5-10 years of industry experience in a lean / continuous improvement organization.
- Expert knowledge of lean business system implementation and development; capable of working independently, with minimal supervision.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus.
