CI Lead

• Support multiple sites to drive cultural lean development and empowerment at a macro level, while supporting transformations and events to eliminate waste from the organization.
• Lead CI implementation, standardization, and consistency across multiple sites (CI implementation, training and projects, CI processes, methods and tools to eliminate waste and promote flow).
• Deliver Training and Coaching to teams and colleagues.
• Work with sites business leads to support their priorities and align CI projects to their needs.

This role contributes to solving water issues by advancing sustainable impact and empowering people to make water work every day, through innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business (Master's Degree Preferred).
• Lean Certification or Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (Preferred).
• An excellent professional record with 5-10 years of industry experience in a lean / continuous improvement organization.
• Expert knowledge of lean business system implementation and development; capable of working independently, with minimal supervision.

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus.
