Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of evaluation and analysis plans for various public health programs including the Office of Community Health Workers, Asthma Prevention and Control Program, and Community Health Alignment Program
- Conducting epidemiologic and statistical analyses using SAS and/or R within various clinical and population-based data sources
- Supporting program and epidemiology staff with grant activities and deliverables across the division, including data collection, analysis and grant reporting
- Consulting with other epidemiology staff on the use of appropriate statistical methods and interpretation/limitations of analyses

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- MPH in epidemiology or biostatistics
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience performing epidemiologic work or work in a closely related field
- Superior knowledge of epidemiology study design and statistical methodology
- Experience conducting data analyses using SAS and/or R
- Experience with program evaluation design and implementation
- Experience with a variety of statistical methods including multivariate linear and logistic regression
- Experience with public health program data collection, including designing data collection tools
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Benefits

Salary: $80,000 (plus benefits). This is a hybrid position with the CDC Foundation, which is a smoke-free environment. Relocation expenses are not included.
