Mission
What you will drive
- Manage the Director's schedule, track tasks and goals, and provide administrative support for LINGO's China-related activities.
- Monitor Chinese policy, institutional, and sector developments; conduct open-ended research and synthesis.
- Produce short, structured briefings for internal use and identify relevant actors and opportunities in China.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
- Excellent attention to detail and track record of quickly becoming fluent in new topics.
- Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance and strong organizational/time management skills.
- Comfortable with English as work language in meetings and emails.
