China Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Lead Innovate Animal Ag's China operations, promoting animal welfare innovations and identifying Chinese technologies for global markets.
• Conduct research into adoption bottlenecks for technologies like in-ovo sexing and immunocastration in China and APAC.
• Develop and execute interventions including grants, investments, and market initiatives to accelerate progress.
• Identify and analyze Chinese innovations for welfare benefits and commercial prospects in the US, Brazil, and Europe.
• Build IAA's presence in China with potential to lead a team.

This role creates positive change by promoting animal welfare innovations in China and identifying technologies that can improve animal welfare globally, accelerating progress through strategic interventions.
