What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own and evolve Burro's Go-To-Market strategy to drive predictable, scalable, and sustainable growth from almost $9M last year to $20M+
- Lead and develop the world-class Go-To-Market team including Direct & Channel/Dealer Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Drive revenue predictability and operating excellence, owning forecasting, pipeline health & metrics, pricing and packaging strategy, and unit economics
- Scale customer adoption and robot deployment by optimizing existing sales motions, channel/dealer partnerships, and market segmentation

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive Go-To-Market leadership experience with senior ownership of scaling an established revenue organization
- Proven success growing bookings from $8M-10M into $50M+ with increased predictability, efficiency, and enterprise readiness
- Industry experience in agriculture, construction, robotics, industrial, or adjacent markets; comfort operating in technically complex organizations
- Proficient in Google Suite applications, Excel, Powerpoint, Hubspot, Slack
