Chief Product & Technology Officer

• Lead Nira’s Product, Engineering, and Transmission Planning organization to scale product development with speed and quality.
• Own the product roadmap and execution, translating customer and market insight into product strategy.
• Build operating cadence for product development including roadmap planning, reviews, and customer feedback loops.
• Manage and coach Product Leads, VP Engineering, and VP Transmission Planning.

This role accelerates the transition to a 100% fossil-free US power grid by enabling renewable energy developers to find cost-effective grid connection points, reducing interconnection costs and barriers.

• Senior product or technical leadership experience in complex B2B software.
• Strong product judgment and track record of turning ambiguity into plans and shipped product.
• Ability to quickly learn a highly niche/ complex domain.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills; comfort partnering with founders.
