Chief Product & Technology Officer

• Lead Nira's Product, Engineering, and Transmission Planning organization, owning the product roadmap and execution.
• Translate customer, market, and founder insight into product strategy, priorities, and execution plans.
• Build the operating cadence for product development including roadmap planning, product reviews, execution reviews, and customer feedback loops.
• Manage and coach Product Leads, VP Engineering, and VP Transmission Planning, ensuring cross-functional decision-making across customer value, technical feasibility, domain correctness, speed, and business impact.

This role accelerates the transition to clean energy by building software that optimizes grid infrastructure and transmission planning, directly contributing to climate change mitigation.

• Senior product or technical leadership experience in complex B2B software.
• Strong product judgment and track record of execution, turning ambiguity into plans, owners, milestones, and shipped product.
• Ability to quickly learn a highly niche/complex domain.
• Experience managing product teams, engineering teams, or cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.
