Chief Product Security Officer

• Establish and communicate a shared vision for product security excellence across Embedded, ICS, and SaaS portfolios.
• Develop and operationalize a unified product security strategy across regions and business lines.
• Embed security by design through the entire product lifecycle—from concept and development to deployment, maintenance, and retirement.
• Coordinate global product incident response and vulnerability management to reduce risk and accelerate remediation.

Your work will help protect operational technology and digital platforms that underpin reliability, safety, and performance in grid environments, while supporting innovation and modernization goals such as secure AI enablement and robust vulnerability management.

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in product security roles, including global team management.
• Extensive experience leading security initiatives for Embedded and/or Industrial Control Systems in a global context.
• Demonstrated expertise securing SaaS offerings across architecture, deployment, and ongoing operations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
