Chief Operating Officer (COO) (Equity-based)

• Build operational processes to support cross-functional teams scaling our climate and wildlife AI platforms (Blue Sentinel, TSBI, Jeev Netra).
• Design and implement scalable processes for team workflows and day-to-day execution.
• Recruit and manage team members, and carry out overall company administrative operations.
• Work closely with founders to turn ideas into action, ensure milestones are met, and assist in generating revenue and partnerships.

This role directly supports the scaling of climate and wildlife AI platforms that drive environmental resilience and regeneration, contributing to planetary impact.

• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to treat the company as their own.
• Ability to inspire a team, make tough decisions, and take up multiple skills.
• Can pivot between skills, from ops to marketing to product.
• Genuine excitement about the mission and drive to build from scratch; able to dedicate 15-20 hours per week on equity-only basis.
