Chief of Staff

• Run weekly leadership meetings, hold team members accountable, and collaborate on key decisions.
• Prepare quarterly board meetings, investor materials, monthly all-hands, and ad-hoc investor communications.
• Manage special projects, vendor sourcing, company infrastructure, contracts, and fundraising activities.

This role directly supports scaling Zero Homes' mission to electrify 145 million US homes, reducing 20% of climate emissions, by enabling the CEO and leadership team to execute strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

• 3+ years in consulting, business operations, or cross-functional role.
• Proven thought partner to leadership with strong stakeholder trust-building skills.
• Strong organizational and process management skills across diverse work streams.
• High accountability, comfort with ambiguity, bias for action, and sharp business judgment.
