Chief of Staff

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and extension of the CEO, providing reliable, high-judgment support on priorities, decisions, and execution
• Drive the successful execution of high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO, executive leadership team, and department heads
• Own and continuously improve the company's corporate goal setting and performance-tracking processes, including defining goals, monitoring progress, identifying bottlenecks, and collaborating with the leadership team to maintain disciplined focus on successful execution of the corporate strategy
• Support executive and organizational decision-making through structured analysis, clear recommendations, and concise, compelling communication

This role supports the transition to autonomous and electric vehicles by helping build the permanent transportation and logistics infrastructure of tomorrow through reliable, cost-effective charging solutions for fleets.

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a similarly rigorous, cross-functional role
• Demonstrated track record of ownership, follow-through, and dependability; the CEO must be able to rely on you to deliver consistently and anticipate needs
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and absolute discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
