What you will drive

  • Support the President on fundraising and relationship management, including mapping relationships, drafting proposals, and ensuring programmatic alignment.
  • Serve as the President's liaison to the team, facilitating coordination, information exchange, and harmony across advocacy approaches.
  • Augment project management capacity by shepherding organization-wide projects from conception to implementation.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Extensive experience (5-7 years minimum) directly supporting a nonprofit or government executive as a chief of staff or similar strategic advisory role.
  • Deep understanding of nonprofit sector and operations, including fundraising, accountability, and cross-team coordination.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail, keen analytical skills, and ability to synthesize information into actionable summaries.
  • Project management experience applied to organization-wide projects; excellent writing skills.
