Chief of Staff

As the Chief of Staff at Niron Magnetics, you will serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing critical support in strategic decision-making, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be a key member of the team, aiding in the execution of the company's vision, goals, and initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, supporting priority initiatives, decision making, and cross-functional alignment
• Support private market fundraising and long-term IPO readiness through investor-grade financial modeling, diligence coordination, and data-room readiness
• Owns Niron's financial models (TopCo and Plant-level), including forecasting, valuation, dilution, and scenario analyses
• Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear milestones and accountability

This role will help scale Niron from a breakthrough materials company into a global advanced manufacturing platform, enabling the mass production of permanent magnets that are free of rare earths and other critical materials, driving innovation in various industries while making a positive impact on the global community.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field
• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field preferred
• Proven experience (3+ years) in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth start-up environment
• World-class executive communication (verbal & written) and time management
• Excellent financial acumen including three-statement and valuation modelling
• Superuser with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
