Mission
What you will drive
As the Chief of Staff at Niron Magnetics, you will serve as a key advisor and strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing critical support in strategic decision-making, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You will be a key member of the team, aiding in the execution of the company's vision, goals, and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership team, supporting priority initiatives, decision making, and cross-functional alignment
- Support private market fundraising and long-term IPO readiness through investor-grade financial modeling, diligence coordination, and data-room readiness
- Owns Niron's financial models (TopCo and Plant-level), including forecasting, valuation, dilution, and scenario analyses
- Lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear milestones and accountability

What makes you a great fit
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering or related field
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or related field preferred
- Proven experience (3+ years) in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth start-up environment
- World-class executive communication (verbal & written) and time management
- Excellent financial acumen including three-statement and valuation modelling
- Superuser with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
