Chief of Staff

• In this role, you'll partner with the Managing Director to translate strategy into execution and serve as the connective tissue between departments.
• Design and facilitate planning cycles, OKR development, and cross-departmental problem-solving.
• Manage the MD's time strategically, filter requests, and prepare them for critical meetings.
• Facilitate senior management meetings, drive cross-team collaboration, and resolve operational issues.
• Build organizational systems, oversee hiring and performance management, and serve as board liaison.
