How to Apply for Chief of Staff

at InsightPact

🏢 About InsightPact

Razom We Stand is an international climate campaign organization uniquely focused on cutting financial flows to fossil fuels that fund wars, starting with Russia's war in Ukraine. By combining high-level diplomacy, public campaigning, and a sharp focus on European energy policies, they are at the forefront of accelerating the clean energy transition. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment that is scaling from a startup phase to an established international entity.

About This Role

As Chief of Staff, you will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, driving operational efficiency and scaling the organization's impact. You'll coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution. 💡 A Day in the Life

A typical day might involve a morning check-in with the leadership team to align on priorities, followed by deep work on strategic projects like developing a new operational plan or coordinating a campaign milestone. Afternoon might be spent in meetings with European partners or stakeholders, and you might end the day by reviewing progress on key initiatives and preparing for the next day's activities.
