Mission
What you will drive
- Partner with the CEO on company-wide strategy, translating vision into quarterly priorities and operating plans.
- Design and roll out performance management framework including goal-setting, review cycles, and career frameworks.
- Establish departmental KPIs and operating metrics, build dashboards and reporting cadence.
- Lead AI-enabled operations to embed AI into workflows across functions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–8+ years in high-performing environments (top-tier startup operations, Chief of Staff, BizOps, management consulting, or investment banking).
- Experience deploying AI in real operational settings and strong instincts for AI leverage.
- Proven track record of rolling out performance management and KPI systems from scratch.
- Exceptional communication, analytical skills, and ability to influence without authority.
