Chief of Staff

• Act as the CEO's strategic partner and operational right hand, owning management reporting, board-level governance, and analytical projects that drive strategic decisions.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams on the CEO's behalf, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery.
• Produce high-quality reports, board packs, and data-driven insights to inform decision-making across the business.

This role enables the CEO to focus on strategic priorities while ensuring the business runs efficiently, directly supporting the growth of a B-Corp certified company that promotes sustainable transportation and reduces carbon emissions.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with ability to structure complex problems and produce clear outputs.
• Strong written skills for board-ready reports, concise summaries, and well-structured presentations.
• Highly organized and process-driven, able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience in consulting, investment, finance, or a high-growth business environment is advantageous.
