Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Organize agendas and prepare materials for key meetings including Investment/Risk Committees, Operations Committee, Quarterly Execution Review, and Annual Strategic Planning
  • Serve as thought partner to CEO and Executive team, supporting strategy for project execution and growth with focus on strategic direction and value creation
  • Coordinate with KKR/EIG Board, prepare Board meeting materials, and manage follow-up requests while maintaining trust and open communication
  • Drive annual refresh of Avantus Business Plan (5-year horizon) and Annual Operating Plan (1-year horizon), developing workplans to ensure cross-functional inputs are delivered on time

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience serving Executive and/or Board stakeholders (management consulting, corporate strategy, or Chief of Staff roles)
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in U.S. power markets, infrastructure investing, and/or utility-scale solar development preferred
  • Exceptional problem solver, detail-oriented, and experienced in leading highly visible projects
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with stakeholders and provide effective supervision and cross-functional management
