Chief Financial Officer, Global Disciples International

Core responsibilities:

• Serve as a key financial architect, engineering optimal financial infrastructure, systems, and processes
• Provide robust financial support, ensure efficiency and compliance across borders
• Enable sustainable scaling to fulfil the ministry's vision for greater global impact
• Strategically shape how Global Disciples maximises its global impact through financial management

This role enables sustainable scaling of a mission movement that trains tens of thousands of disciple-makers annually, helping to share the Gospel with the one third of the world that has not yet heard it.

Required skills and experience:

• Proven track record in a senior financial leadership role in an international organisation
• Preferably within a ministry or mission context
• Experience overseeing additional areas like IT in entities of comparable complexity and scale
• Deep understanding of financial management and financial engineering
• Open and servant-hearted leadership style with ability to build strong cross-cultural relationships
