Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Represent UNICEF in Tindouf and the Sahrawi refugee camps, participating in meetings and events to advance the agenda for children
- Lead the planning and implementation of humanitarian response interventions through solid workplans with partners and teams
- Ensure effective management of UNICEF presence, staff and assets, including safety and security measures
- Establish and supervise programme work plans, monitor progress and compliance, and optimize use of programme funds

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Advanced university degree in social sciences, international relations, public administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional work experience at national and international levels in programme management, monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in emergency/humanitarian contexts and working with refugees or displaced populations
- Fluency in English and French required; knowledge of Arabic or Spanish an asset
