Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy to ensure sustainability, mission alignment, and growth, including diversifying revenue streams and expanding into new markets.
  • Lead business development efforts, enhance national visibility, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders to scale TAC's influence.
  • Oversee organizational capacity, infrastructure, and technology to improve collaboration, efficiency, and project delivery.
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive culture, develop leadership pipelines, and support board development.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum ten years of senior leadership or equivalent experience.
  • Proven business development, revenue generation, and/or consulting experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of housing, behavioral health, homelessness, and human services systems.
  • Strong communication, networking, and people management skills with an empowering, inclusive approach.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Full-time, salaried, exempt position. Starting salary range $240,000 to $300,000 (commensurate with experience). Benefits include health insurance (80% of premiums), flexible spending plan, vacation, holidays, sick and paid leave, and a 403(b) plan. Regular presence in Boston office required.
