Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and execute a multi-year fundraising plan to accelerate revenue growth for LUNGevity's research, education, policy, and patient support initiatives.
  • Lead and unify the development team across individual philanthropy, peer-to-peer events, and corporate/foundation relations.
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors, foundations, and corporate partners to secure five- to seven-figure gifts.
  • Oversee data-driven infrastructure, performance metrics, and donor stewardship to optimize fundraising outcomes.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of fundraising experience with significant leadership in major gifts, peer-to-peer fundraising, corporate partnerships, and foundation relations.
  • Proven track record of securing five- to seven-figure gifts and research-focused funding.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing fundraising teams in a nonprofit with multi-million-dollar revenue goals.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) and strong data-driven decision-making; bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or CFRE preferred.
