Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and own the Center's organization-wide development strategy, ensuring fundraising priorities align with mission and strategic plan, with an initial focus on achieving $600Kโ€“$1M in annual contributed revenue and sustained year-over-year growth.
  • Design and lead the Center's major gifts strategy, including prospect identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, personally managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors capable of six- and seven-figure gifts.
  • Oversee foundation and institutional giving strategy, alumni engagement, and lead the development team, building a high-performing function and fostering a culture of donor-centered fundraising.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive nonprofit development, fundraising, or advancement experience, including significant responsibility for fundraising strategy, revenue growth, donor portfolio management, and development leadership.
  • Minimum of five years supervising development staff, with demonstrated success coaching, developing, and managing fundraising professionals.
  • Demonstrated success personally closing multiple six-figure and/or seven-figure gifts, and experience in major gift strategy, relationship management, and strategic fundraising leadership.
