Chapter Director

• Lead implementation of the chapter's three-year strategic plan, translating board-approved goals into actionable workplans with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee daily operations, financial management, and administrative systems to support growth and member engagement.
• Drive fundraising, sponsorship cultivation, and donor stewardship to achieve annual revenue goals.
• Coordinate programs, events, and volunteer committees to advance the mission of classical architecture and design.

This role advances the appreciation and practice of classical architecture and design through education, advocacy, and community engagement, preserving cultural heritage and inspiring future generations.

• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a nonprofit, membership-based, or mission-driven organization.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and fundraising activities including sponsorship and donor stewardship.
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and project management skills with proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Full-time, exempt position. Salary range $80,000–$90,000 commensurate with experience. Based in Palm Beach County Area, South Florida with regional travel. Opportunity to lead a growing statewide nonprofit during a strategic growth phase.
